Chilli Sauce Shrimps

Ingredients
– 3 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1/2 lbs shrimps, shelled and deveined
– 1 onion, finely sliced
– 125 ml Thai Sweet Chilli sauce
– salt
Method
Swirl oil around the heated wok to smoking point.
Stir fry shrimps and onions for 5-6 minutes.
Add salt and thai sweet chilli sauce. Stir fry all together and cook about 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
Ginger Prawns

Ingredients
– 3 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1 spring onion, finely sliced
– 1/2 lbs peeled prawns
– 2 tsp oystersauce
– 2 tsp soysauce
– 2 tsp sesame oil
– 2 tsp ginger, finely chopped
Method
Swirl oil around the heated wok to smoking point.
Stir fry shrimps and onions for 5-6 minutes.
Add oystersauce, soysauce, sesame oil and ginger, cook for 1 minute and.serve immediately.
As appetizer or to serve with rice.
